Tufflift is their largest distributor on a population adjusted basis and we take our role as distributor very seriously.Our obligations to the factory are to sell volume and we price accordingly. The factory look after us very very well and we reciprocate in kind. The factory makes more hoists, we sell more hoists and you as the consumer enjoy the savings that this arrangement brings.

The factory that makes our hoists is located in CHINA. The owner of this company is Dover Corporation, an American publicly listed Fortune 500 Company. We can legitimately advertise that our factory is 100% American owned. We feel that this statement may appear deceptive to our customers because the factory is located in China. We agree. Although the plant is located in China and most of the workers in the plant are Chinese. Dover Corporation has implemented the same manufacturing standards and procedures found in Dover Corporation manufacturing plants located around the world. (Including the USA)
